This week we had our flagstone walkway, patio and flagstone table professionally cleaned and sealed by Sonic Wash. It was only 6 months ago we had it installed and it was already full of dirt and organic growth. These before and after photos don’t clearly show just how dramatically different it looks but we’re so happy with Omar and his company! It really brought out the nice colors of the stones. The sealer is a low shear with a bit of grit added to prevent it from being slippery when wet. I was so impressed with Omar’s diligence and care to protect our newly installed lawn from getting damaged by the chemicals. Please consider using him if you need your walkway or patio (cement, flagstone or pavers) brought back to life. ~ Robin M

We recently moved into a house in Downtown Sacramento for work, this move was hard and we had to take care of a lot of things with the house. Thankfully, we were able to find Sonic Wash LLC to clean the exteriors of the house. They pressure washed the exterior of our house, they cleaned the siding and they pressure washed all the concrete around the house including pressure washing driveway, pressure washing backyard, and fully treating the area. They were quick to respond, the booking process is second to none, they showed up on time and they did a great job. Sonic wash were quick to respond, they were very professional and friendly and we recommend them to everyone looking for home exterior or pressure washing services in Sacramento. We had a old deck in our house in Rocklin, California and our home is surrounded by trees and Omar from Sonic Wash explained that areas that are heavily wooded results in a lot of organic growth building on our home exterior surfaces such as our house sidings, backyard deck, and our roof and concrete around the house. Him and his team were very knowledgeable on the right way to get rid of those stains without damaging the deck. They use a treatment that removed these organic stains and they followed that with light rinsing and wash and the results came out great. I hired Sonic Wash LLC to pressure wash my patio and soft wash my new concrete. They were very professional and they were knowledgeable with our surfaces and the right method to clean them. My concrete patio is only one year old and if I had it pressure washed it would have damaged it permanently, they suggested soft washing, a process that uses chemicals to clean the surface and remove the stains without resulting to high pressure. Omar of Sonic Wash provided a quick response to my quote request for cleaning moss from my tile roof. His quote was the most reasonable of the three contractors I had considered. He arrived on schedule and provided the service on a day before a heavy rain. Following the rain I inspected the roof. There were a few trouble spots left that were reworked and corrected within two days of notification. His quick response and willingness to satisfy me as a customer was refreshing. Omar showed up on time to my parents house the day we had scheduled. He introduced himself and quickly got to cleaning my parents driveway. They first purchased the house in 2010 and it had never been cleaned. I was shocked to see how light the concrete was after he was done! As we're planning to have plants on the side of the driveway, this cleaning definitely made everything feel new! Sonic Wash did an incredible job on my patio, I had some tanning stains from leaves dropping on my patio and they stained the area, I tried pressure washing it but that didn’t remove it. Omar and the team were very knowledgeable on how to treat those stains, they applied the treatment and it removed the stains immediately! I had a fruit tree removed from the front of my house. The fallen fruit stained the sidewalk and driveway. I called Sonic Wash on a Tuesday and Omer was at the house that Thursday. 30 minutes after he arrived the entire area was absolutely beautiful. He did an awesome and very thorough job. The guys did a superb job cleaning up our Driveway. We have been at the residence only 3 years, but the driveway had not been touched in decades. They got 85% of the material up outside of a few deep oil stains and some very old paint that will need dry sand blasted out of the cement. Sonic wash completely cleaned two years of moss on the patio and roof. In addition tthey cleaned all the gutters and downspouts.
